The official site of the Pays Ruffeçois, in which La Bréchoire isn't quite (though nearby Verdille is). This is good local stuff: hotels, restaurants etc. But inevitably repeats much that is elsewhere. |
| Charente Ramblers' Association: your first stop for proper historical and geographical information. Has something to say about La Bréchoire and the commune of Auge Saint-Médard. We have a medieval fresco in the church at Auge and 'beneficial waters' at Crotet. Quite interesting (if you live there). | |
